Fitzgibbon Event Motors is a family-operated wedding and event motor company, based in Cork, Ireland, that specialises in weddings.

Fitzgibbon Event Motors started back in 2017 when through our shared passion and knowledge of anything motor-related, my father Michael, my brother Kiel and I created “The Happy Times Van”, the Republic of Ireland’s first ever photo-booth built into a vintage vehicle!

Meet Grace

Our beautiful Beauford convertible is a striking car. The stunning 1930’s styling makes the Beauford one of the most photographic cars for weddings and includes lots of sparkling chrome & spoked wheels.   This is a four-door, long-wheelbase version which gives generous legroom and a spacious interior.

In addition to our stunning, competitively priced car, we provide a uniformed chauffeur, and complimentary champagne and ribbons, as well as this the car and driver, are fully licensed and insured. The car is also professionally valeted after every event.

To hire Grace for your wedding, the fee is €450, plus travel.

An initial booking fee of €100 secures your date.

Meet Penelope

Meet Penelope our gorgeous Italian Piaggio Ape!

This truck has been converted into a mobile prosecco bar, fully restored from the ground up. Sparing no expense, Penelope features mood lighting, a crushed ice machine, and a cooling system serving chilled prosecco on tap, and if we can so ourselves… Penelope just looks amazing!

With packages to suit all kinds of events Penelope will add some extra class to every event.

As with every car at Fitzgibbon Event Motors, Penelope is fully insured.

Bambino Bubbles – €600

This package includes our amazing Italian Prosecco Truck, with 1/2 barrel of chilled Frizzante (80 flutes). There will be 1 dedicated bartender to serve you and your guests for 1 hour. If the 80-flute limit is reached, each additional flute will be €3.50.

Piccolo Bubbles – €800

This package consists of our amazing Italian Prosecco Truck, with 1 barrel of chilled Frizzante (160 flutes), 4 Bottles of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine, Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Prosecco Mixers, for up to 2 Hours. There will be 1 dedicated bartender to serve you and your guests. 

Medio Bubbles – €900

Keep the bubbles a little bit longer! This package consists of our amazing Italian Prosecco Truck, with 1 barrel of chilled Frizzante (160 flutes), 4 Bottles of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine, Fresh Seasonal Fruit and Prosecco Mixers, for up to 3 Hours. There will be 2 dedicated bartenders to serve you and your guests. (2 bartenders are required for groups of 120+).

Grande Bubbles – €1,600

Time for a bit more fizz! This package consists of our amazing Italian Prosecco Truck, with 2 barresl of chilled Frizzante (320 flutes). There will be 2 dedicated bartenders to serve you and your guests for 3 hours.

An initial non-refundable booking fee of €250 secures your date.

Meet Hank

Our 1987 Chevy G20  van started its life in Ohio where the Happy Times conversion company took an ordinary Chevrolet van and turned her into the beautiful machine you see here. She spent a few years cruising around the USA before coming across the pond in 1991.

The Happy Times Van’s first outing was in-fact Pat’s own wedding!
